Welcome to Pebble Creek Elementary!

Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda Allen, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Pebble Creek Elementary. I love our school and feel incredibly lucky to work alongside such a caring staff, wonderful students, and supportive families.

I have been in education for 20 years and have served as a 5th grade math teacher, instructional coach, math interventionist, and assistant principal. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and my master’s degree in school leadership from Lamar University. I have learned so much through each of those roles, but one thing I know for sure is that relationships matter. Kids need to know that we care about them, believe in them, and are going to do everything we can to help them be successful.

At Pebble Creek, we believe every child can learn and grow at high levels. We want our students to feel safe, supported, challenged, and most importantly, like they belong here. We also know that the adults in our building have to keep learning and growing too. We want to get better every day for the kids we serve.

That is really what our motto is all about:

Grow. Belong. Achieve.
Every Student. Every Adult. Every Day.

I believe our school is strongest when families and staff work together. Thank you for trusting us with your child and for being part of our Pebble Creek family. Whether you are brand new to our school or have been here for years, I hope you always feel comfortable reaching out, asking questions, and sharing with us.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m excited for another great year at Pebble Creek!

Warmly,

Amanda Allen
